Burger King is hiring District Managers to work in full time positions in Dayton, Ohio.

As a District Manager for Burger King, you will be responsible for a number of different managerial duties, including the oversight of 7 to 10 locations and focusing on essential components of the business. You will monitor the restaurant and aim to increase profitability.

We ask that applicants have at least one year of managerial experience, and have great communication and leadership skills. You must have strong organizational and planning skills in order to complete responsibilities within given time frames.

Working as a District Manager

In this role, you will perform a number of duties relevant to your department. You will work to improve the restaurant in many areas: such as financial performance, customer service, and employee development. You will build a team of high-performing managers, and work to drive sales through local marketing tactics. The management team will be under your supervision, and employee and customer satisfaction are part of your responsibility.

We want candidates who have at least 1 year of experience in management or a related field. This position requires strong leadership skills, intelligence, and a business mind that will lead by example and become a positive influence on the restaurant. An enthusiastic attitude is a must, as is the ability to motivate others.
